LayerX stands behind every product we sell. All products sold on LayerX are 100% genuine, brand new, and sourced directly from official distributors.
Manufacturer Warranty
All 3D printers and hardware products come with the official manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product:
- Bambu Lab Printers: 1-year manufacturer warranty
- Creality Printers: 1-year manufacturer warranty
- Elegoo Printers: 1-year manufacturer warranty
- Accessories & Parts: 6-month warranty (unless stated otherwise)
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
- Faulty components present at the time of purchase.
- Electrical or mechanical failures not caused by misuse.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., nozzles, build plates, PTFE tubes).
- Damage from using non-recommended filaments or materials.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
How to Claim Warranty
- Contact us at hello@layerx.cc with your order ID and a description of the issue.
- Include photos or a video demonstrating the defect.
- Our team will assess the claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange repair, replacement, or a refund as appropriate.
