Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We ship pan-India. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery (1–3 days) is available at checkout for select pincodes.
Q: Do you ship to all cities in India?
A: Yes, we deliver across India via trusted courier partners including Delhivery and BlueDart.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes, a tracking link is emailed and WhatsApp-messaged to you once your order is dispatched.

Q: Are the 3D printers genuine and brand new?
A: Yes. All products sold on LayerX are 100% genuine, brand new, and sourced directly from official distributors.
Q: Which filaments are compatible with Bambu Lab printers?
A: Bambu Lab printers support PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, and PA. We carry all these materials in our Filaments collection.
Q: Do you provide installation support?

Payments & GST
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and EMI via Razorpay. All payments are 100% secure.
Q: Can I get a GST invoice?
A: Yes! We provide GST invoices for all orders. Enter your GSTIN at checkout or email us at hello@layerx.cc after placing your order.
Q: Is EMI available?
A: Yes, EMI options are available on Credit Cards and select Buy Now Pay Later options via Razorpay at checkout.
Returns & Warranty
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been shipped or delivered. Orders cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, found cheaper elsewhere, incorrect purchase, or incompatibility with your setup.
B: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not working on arrival, we will support you with a resolution after internal verification and approval.
Q: What warranty do products carry?
A: All 3D printers carry the manufacturer's official warranty. See our Warranty page for brand-wise details.
